Part-Time Seasonal & Full-Time Seasonal Position

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Associates. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming customers into the store.
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Communicating effectively with other staff members.
• Operating cash registers and handling customer transactions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Assisting customers with questions or concerns, both in-person and over the phone.
• Participating in inventory management and restocking products.
• Helping customers with gardening and plant-related questions or concerns (previous experience in gardening or plants is not required, but willingness to learn is helpful).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Experience with cash registers is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, efficient, and tidy.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
